About the Role

Technical duties include resolving recurring queries, optimizing workflows, and assisting colleagues with complex issues; administering and troubleshooting servers, Dell and Lenovo PCs, mobile devices, and VPN infrastructure; and installing, configuring, and maintaining engineering software with proper license and version control. Cloud responsibilities cover managing Intune for device and end‑user management and Azure for virtual machines, storage, and servers, as well as overseeing onboarding/off‑boarding, asset inventory, and hardware lifecycle refreshes. Strategically, the analyst advises colleagues, implements innovative solutions, and participates in long‑term project planning. The role leads the support team, establishes operational standards, and drives major IT modernization initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to engineering and corporate groups, delivering support in person, remotely, or via video. • Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user technical issues while streamlining workflows. • Administer servers and network services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Maintain Dell and Lenovo desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and VPN connectivity. • Install, configure, and manage engineering software licenses such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Inventor. • Oversee cloud environments using Intune for device management and Azure for VMs and storage. • Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, asset tracking, and hardware lifecycle refreshes. • Lead the IT support team, set service standards, and drive modernization projects. • Provide strategic IT advice to engineering and corporate stakeholders across multiple channels.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of corporate IT support experience, strong skills in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, Azure, Entra ID, VPNs, and ticketing platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow, and a proven record of managing engineering software licenses. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities are required, along with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; CompTIA A+ is required and ITIL certification is a plus. • Demonstrate 5+ years of corporate IT support experience with expertise in AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, Azure, and ticketing tools. • Hold CompTIA A+ certification; ITIL certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
