About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will deliver sales presentations by phone and webinar, advise clients on marketing solutions, and grow revenue by prospecting new accounts and upselling existing ones. All new associates receive extensive training to build product and industry expertise and develop marketable digital‑marketing and sales skills. The position works in‑office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm EST. • Prospect new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities using CoStar market data. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients to grow revenue. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, multifamily real estate, and market trends. • Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional service. • Provide outstanding customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solutions. • Analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.

What You Bring
• Two or more years of B2B or high‑volume B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment. • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or at least four years of multifamily/digital marketing experience. • Ability to work 8:30 am–5:30 pm EST in the office Monday‑Friday. • Adaptable to changing situations in a high‑growth company. • Self‑starter who works well both independently and within a team, with strong organization and attention to detail. • Experience managing customer relationships through the entire life cycle, including pipeline management. • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
