About the Role

As a Regional Environment, Safety & Health Manager, you will be accountable for adopting, implementing, and managing Schneider Electric’s U.S. Services Health, Safety & Environment programs and policies within your assigned region(s), aligning with global programs. The role ensures legal compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations and aims to reduce injury risk and liability for employees and customers. Key duties include driving compliance with standards and safety improvement plans, conducting incident investigations and corrective‑action planning, performing site audits and inspections, developing and delivering safety training, and tracking leading and lagging safety indicators. You will also manage electrical safety elements, categorize hazards, and perform arc‑flash and electrical‑shock hazard determinations for on‑site tasks, with travel expected at 35‑50% of the time. • Lead adoption and management of US Services Health, Safety & Environment programs. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. • Conduct incident investigations, corrective‑action planning, site audits, and inspections. • Develop and deliver safety training; track leading and lagging safety indicators. • Perform electrical safety assessments, including arc‑flash and shock hazard determinations. • Travel 35‑50% to regional sites and customer locations.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a degree in Environment, Health and Safety Management or an equivalent field and possess a BCSP credential (ASP or CSP, with CSP preferred). A minimum of ten years of EHS experience, preferably in oil and gas, power, energy, or transportation industries, is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) skills. • Hold a degree in EHS or equivalent and a BCSP credential (ASP or CSP, CSP preferred). • Minimum 10 years of EHS experience, preferably in oil & gas, power, energy, or transportation. • Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

The position offers a total compensation range of $112,000 to $168,000 per year, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive.
