About the Role

About the Role: Join our team as a Cloud Application Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You will assist in overseeing the successful implementation and operations of new and existing applications, working closely with internal teams and external partners. We seek someone who cares about their work, challenges the status quo, embraces change, and thrives in a collaborative environment, bringing passion, curiosity, and the courage to innovate. • Work with external service providers to ensure ATCO’s enterprise applications are maintained and available. • Provide input to software vendors and system implementors during technical project design. • Ensure service providers follow ITIL management policies and procedures. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Influence and execute the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy. • Define technical project requirements, build business cases, and help select service implementers/providers. • Offer technical expertise and guidance to meet code quality standards. • Align solutions with industry best practices. • Guide interrelated application implementation and operational activities. • Define and enforce coding, error, and application monitoring standards. • Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and leadership. • Communicate effectively across the organization. • Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation. • Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges. • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities. • Be available for emergency after‑hours support. • Participate in training and mentorship programs.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Bring at least 5 years of experience supporting and implementing enterprise applications. • Possess broad experience with SaaS/PaaS, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, n‑tier architecture, and data integration. • Demonstrate strong understanding of IT architecture and ability to guide technical teams. • Exhibit excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑IT audiences. • Show strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. • Prefer candidates with cloud application experience.
