About the Role

This position involves testing the core, applying epoxy, and insulating the core with caps and strips. Caps are secured to the top and bottom of the core, and strips are attached to the interior and exterior diameters using tape. • Follow OSHA guidelines and safety rules. • Maintain 5S standards and keep the department clean. • Verify correct materials are used per design specifications. • Ensure product quality meets the highest standards. • Use hand tools and measure dimensions accurately. • Understand and apply both metric and standard measurement devices. • Record operational data on forms or computer software. • Operate a hoist safely and properly. • Read, use, and interpret measuring devices.
