About the Role
The Fabrication Helper position supports the fabrication team on the production floor in Redmond, OR, assisting with material handling, assembly, tool preparation, cleaning, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance during the B‑Shift. • Load and unload materials and products safely using appropriate equipment. • Assist in assembling components and parts according to fabrication specifications. • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. • Prepare tools by cleaning, lubricating, and ensuring they are in good working condition. • Support quality control checks to ensure finished products meet established standards. • Help fabricators by holding materials, operating machinery under supervision, and performing directed tasks. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
