About the Role

The role is responsible for managing the facility’s environmental permits, programs, and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. It also serves as an advisor to internal customers on environmental compliance. Key duties include establishing procedures for regulatory compliance programs, reviewing analytical data and performance metrics, preparing permit applications and modifications, conducting regular environmental inspections, and tracking corrective actions. The incumbent also prepares required regulatory reports, delivers environmental compliance training, and performs other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Qualifications require knowledge of hazardous waste, solid waste, water, and air regulations, strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint is also required. Minimum requirements include experience in regulatory compliance for hazardous waste, solid waste, water, and air, preferably with RCRA and DOT regulations, and the ability to travel; no company vehicle is provided. The pay range for this position is $70,304 to $93,700, varying by locality.
