What You Bring
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and have 1–3 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. Required knowledge includes hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Candidates may need to supply their own tools, and bilingual (Spanish) ability may be required based on location. • Build skills across multiple equipment makes and models. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred. • 1–3 years experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting. • May need to provide own tools; bilingual (Spanish) may be required. • Physical tasks include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb+.
