About the Role
In this role you will build strong relationships with clients and site teams, act as the go‑to person for facilities concerns, and ensure business expectations are met consistently. You will also manage site financials, budgets, and contracts, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to secure quality work at the right cost. Leadership will involve promoting teamwork, delivering effective training and coaching, and fostering JLL’s "I am JLL" core behaviours. You will motivate the team, uphold high work ethics, and maintain a culture of cooperation and performance excellence. • Lead on‑site operations and technical support for HVAC, fire, electrical, and control systems. • Prepare PPM documentation, reports, presentations, and maintain risk registers. • Build strong client and site‑team relationships to consistently meet business expectations. • Manage site finances, budgets, contracts, and coordinate vendors for cost‑effective quality delivery. • Promote teamwork through training, coaching, and fostering JLL’s core behaviours. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across facilities.

What You Bring
The Regional Technical Lead – Integrated Facilities Management for Corporate Solutions will oversee on‑site operations and provide technical support across a range of systems, including low‑side HVAC, fire alarm, VESDA, PA, fire‑fighting, pumps, electrical transformers, switchgear, VFDs, UPS, and related controls. A graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and at least seven years of facility‑management experience are required, with strong knowledge of PPM documentation, reporting, and MS Office. Ideal candidates are goal‑driven, with five to seven years of facility management experience, including commercial contract and budget oversight. They should excel in health and safety compliance, vendor management, technical systems oversight, and possess strong analytical, organized, and problem‑solving skills, along with professional communication abilities. • Possess 7+ years of facility management experience, including commercial contracts and budget oversight. • Hold a graduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with strong communication skills. • Demonstrate analytical, organized, and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
