About the Role
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise MEP scopes of work • Develop and enhance customer relationships through excellent service • Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability • Review and understand contract documents • Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers and resolve discrepancies • Participate in developing and managing project schedules, including three- and six‑week look‑ahead schedules • Develop a site logistics plan • Manage utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment • Collaborate with project partner superintendents

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent II to analyze, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members. The role requires excellent communication, flexibility, ingenuity, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality while interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The posting will remain open for a minimum of five days, with an average duration of 44 days. • Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or 10 years trade experience • Minimum 10 years construction experience, including at least 2 years supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor • Minimum 15 years construction experience overall • Ability to manage multiple, complex data center projects • Detail‑oriented with strong organization skills for multiple tasks • Basic understanding of construction law and business practices • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Active listening and effective communication, open to diverse input • Knowledge of EEO, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative action plans • Valid driver’s license

Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $130,100 to $195,200, with higher ranges for certain locations (Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Washington, D.C.).
