About the Role

Prepare detailed cost estimates for turnkey project implementation and direct on‑site subcontractors while maintaining cost targets and schedule adherence. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, developing innovative solutions and overseeing timelines from submittal through commissioning. Build and sustain relationships with key accounts, customers, product line managers, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. Review purchase orders, define billing forecasts, and collaborate with credit to guarantee accurate invoicing, while providing detailed reports on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities. Coordinate milestone deliverables with project managers, sales, credit, and contracts to eliminate barriers, and lead both internal and external kickoff meetings as well as client project sessions. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in engineering or project management, and reside in the East Coast United States. A minimum of five years’ project‑management experience on external customer projects, including data‑center assignments, is required, along with PMP certification. Ability to apply project‑management methodologies to mitigate risk and experience with data analytics are also essential. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field. • Minimum five years of project‑management experience with external customer projects, including data‑center projects. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Reside in the East Coast United States. • Strong data‑analytics skills and ability to apply risk‑mitigation methodologies.
