What You Bring

The successful candidate will possess a graduate or MBA degree in Operations or Supply‑Chain Management and a deep understanding of the contract logistics business. They should bring at least five years of industry experience, with a minimum of three years in a managerial role, and have demonstrated P&L responsibility. Proficiency in advanced IT environments, strong leadership, and excellent communication and team‑building skills are essential. The role also demands a proactive, problem‑solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and effective change implementation across the logistics value chain. • Graduate or MBA in Operations/Supply‑Chain Management with deep contract logistics knowledge • 5+ years industry experience, including 3+ years in a managerial contract logistics role • Extensive exposure to operations, warehousing and logistics implementation • Tech‑savvy and able to work in advanced IT environments • Hands‑on P&L responsibility experience • Proactive problem‑solving approach • Knowledge of service solutions across the logistics value chain • Excellent communication, team management and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership to achieve operational targets and budgets • Planning, coordination, decision‑making and project management expertise • Ability to coach and work effectively with senior leadership • Capability to implement and execute change across the business • Strong networking, influencing and teamwork abilities
