About the Role

The position focuses on analyzing, designing, transforming, and implementing Workday HCM solutions globally, working closely with HR technology teams, business COEs, Digital/IT, and external vendors to deliver best‑in‑class HR technology. The successful candidate will drive the development and maintenance of scalable, flexible business processes, ensure quality testing and integration, and stay current with emerging HCM technologies and generative AI to support strategic roadmap initiatives. • Serve as subject matter expert for Core HCM, gather requirements, and advise stakeholders. • Design, test, and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable business processes in Workday. • Translate business strategy into documented technical and functional requirements. • Provide Workday support, troubleshooting design, configuration, integration, and data issues. • Coordinate testing to ensure product functionality and upstream/downstream integration integrity. • Collaborate with Application Management Services (AMS) teams on operational activities. • Stay updated on Workday, leading HCM technologies, and generative AI relevant to Core HCM. • Build trusted relationships with business and Digital teams; assist product managers with roadmap development. • Own the semi‑annual Workday release cycle for Core HCM, analyzing impacts and adopting new features.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of HR technology experience, including three years with Workday HCM modules, strong HR process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones in an agile environment. • Minimum 5+ years of HR technology experience, including 3+ years with Workday HCM modules. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication, and ability to work independently across time zones. • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery frameworks, and tools such as JIRA. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
