About the Role

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment

What You Bring

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Nashville, Tennessee location. The role supports daily warehouse operations, handling shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day. No formal education is required, though a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should have up to two years of experience, with one year of warehouse work being advantageous. A valid Texas driver’s license, the ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening, and forklift certification (optional) are also desired. The position demands the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lb regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform motions such as bending, kneeling, and climbing. Frequent mounting and dismounting of forklifts and exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and moving machinery are part of the job. Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are required to operate equipment safely. • High School diploma or GED equivalency • 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred) • Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening • Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly • Forklift certification is a plus • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise)
