About the Role
The role partners with the Industrial Sales team to drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth, providing customer service and technical consulting on transportation and disposal options; the position is remote but requires work during Central Time hours. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with transportation and disposal options, applying technical knowledge to testing parameters, processing profiles, contracts and credit requests, scheduling pickups, resolving billing inquiries, developing cost‑effective proposals using pricing tools, managing customer relationships, achieving territory revenue goals, handling inbound calls, delegating administrative tasks, and supporting account managers with receivables and collections. • Drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth with the Industrial Sales team. • Advise customers on transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes. • Process profiles, contracts, and credit requests; schedule pickups and resolve billing issues. • Develop cost‑effective proposals using pricing tools and prepare customized correspondence. • Manage and grow customer relationships, including account retention and new waste‑stream identification. • Conduct inbound calls, qualify leads, and provide leads to account and program managers. • Support account managers with receivables, collections, and delegate administrative tasks. • Achieve territory revenue targets for the Manufacturing & Industrial sales segment.

What You Bring
The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Required qualifications are a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and DOT requirements, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong interpersonal skills; experience with special waste streams and platforms such as Ignite or Salesforce is preferred. • Required: High School diploma/GED, 1+ year relevant experience, knowledge of hazardous waste and DOT regulations. • Preferred: Experience with special waste streams and platforms such as Ignite or Salesforce. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong interpersonal communication skills.
