About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, handling customer interactions, financial transactions, and facility upkeep. They play a key role in maintaining unit availability and ensuring timely payment collection. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions • Sell packing and moving supplies to customers • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls as needed • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds

What You Bring
