About the Role
• Partner closely with operational teams to support seamless tenant onboarding, build‑outs, and activation launches. • Build and maintain a high‑performing pipeline of prospective tenants, partners, and experiential operators. • Guide internal and external contributors to execute leasing and activation strategies efficiently and creatively. • Oversee third‑party partners related to leasing, advertising, and on‑property brand activations. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in entertainment, interactive attractions, retail innovation, and experiential placemaking to inform long‑term planning. • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, brand executives, developers, and key decision‑makers within the experiential and retail ecosystem. • Evaluate the financial impact of leasing decisions, ensuring alignment with long‑term asset value and portfolio goals. • Work alongside development, marketing, and finance leaders to ensure leasing strategies align with property‑wide objectives. • Serve as a senior member of the property’s leadership team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and excellence. • Design and execute a forward‑looking leasing and activation plan across core categories such as retail, entertainment, dining, and experiential concepts. • Identify opportunities to introduce short‑term activations, branded partnerships, and curated guest experiences that enhance foot traffic, engagement, and revenue. • Shape joint venture and brand collaboration opportunities that extend the property’s reach and elevate visitor appeal. • Lead all deal negotiations—including complex leases, revenue‑share structures, activation agreements, and specialty advertising programs.

What You Bring
• Strong command of financial modeling, lease analytics, and the economics of large‑scale real estate assets. • At least 15 years of progressive experience in leasing for retail, entertainment, mixed‑use, lifestyle, or destination‑oriented environments. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Demonstrated success negotiating complex deal structures, partnerships, or brand collaborations. • Experience working in environments that involve consumer‑facing attractions, branded experiences, or large‑format venues. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of organizational precision. • Comfort working in fast‑moving environments with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset. • Familiarity with the regional market is advantageous, though strong candidates from other regions will also be considered.
