What You Bring
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record • Must live within 40 miles of the designated region • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders • Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions • Proven success working independently with remote supervision • Willing and able to work overtime as required • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Preferred experience in facility and/or grounds maintenance • Preferred experience in construction • Preferred experience in HVAC • Preferred experience in cable installation • Preferred experience in route driving • Preferred experience in roofing
