About the Role
Under direct supervision, this role provides clerical and administrative support to the operations department, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow. Key duties include reviewing container supply and demand reports, updating inventory and route information, and handling driver and customer inquiries while escalating safety or service concerns as needed. • Review container supply and demand reports and update inventory management. • Enter daily route information into the computer system and maintain the inventory log. • Collect on‑site container data and update records as needed. • Respond to customer and driver complaints and inquiries; escalate safety or service issues. • Process vehicle maintenance, accounting, and route sheets for billing and productivity reporting. • Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for accurate billing and productivity analysis. • Assist in generating monthly productivity reports and support driver de‑brief processes. • Follow all safety policies and contribute to team safety goals. • Support other departments, including customer service and accounting, as required.
