Job Highlights
About the Role
• Clean gutters using a 6‑foot ladder. • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, valves, controllers, timers, leaks). • Perform drywall patching, texturing, and finishing. • Paint interior and exterior areas, including touch‑ups and small projects. • Inspect attic spaces for roof leaks or moisture intrusion and report findings. • Conduct minor electrical repairs such as replacing ceiling fans, light switches, and maintaining lamp posts. • Diagnose and repair leaking spigots and other small plumbing issues. • Address unit backups from clogged lines or tree‑root intrusion, inspect sewer clean‑outs and help identify sources. • Assist with or coordinate tree‑root removal affecting plumbing or infrastructure. • Blow leaves and debris from common areas like clubhouses, parking lots, walkways, and pool decks. • Perform light concrete repairs, patching cracks, chips, or damaged sections. • Ride through the community to conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs. • Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after‑hours situations. • Report major issues to management and support special projects as assigned. • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

What You Bring
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. Benefits
The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and offers a pay rate of $20‑$25 depending on experience. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the Boynton Beach area.
