About the Role
In this role you will warmly welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, office orientation and departure. You will create memorable experiences, share your passions and knowledge of office services, spaces and amenities, and proactively address questions. Collaboration with team members is key to communicating trends, developing best practices and streamlining processes that respond to guest needs while maintaining an impeccable eye for detail in a fast‑paced environment. You will also be responsible for tracking all visitors—including vendors, employees and guests—managing parking and vehicle logs, coordinating security access cards, welcoming event guests, printing visitor badges, and supporting onboarding and off‑boarding logistics. Additional duties include handling incoming and outgoing courier packages, supporting the annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators, and performing ad‑hoc facilities assignments as required. • Greet and assist guests with arrival, orientation, and departure. • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service. • Collaborate with team to improve guest service processes. • Track visitors, vendors, and employee access; manage parking and security badges. • Support onboarding/off‑boarding logistics and courier handling. • Meet performance KPIs and handle ad‑hoc facilities tasks.
