About the Role
In this role you will troubleshoot service issues such as HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, ensure both interior and exterior areas meet company standards and legal requirements, respond promptly to maintenance tickets, and keep residents and office staff informed about work status. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with standards and laws. • Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and staff. • Participate in on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a residence within a 30‑minute commute. Preference is given to candidates with HVAC/EPA/CFC certification, and a high school diploma or GED combined with at least one year of related experience (or equivalent education). • Maintain a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; reside within 30 minutes of the properties. • Hold HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) and possess high school diploma/GED with at least one year of related experience.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $20‑$22, up to a 50 % rent discount, monthly shared renewal commissions, quarterly $300 Morgan Essentials, $15 per day on‑call appreciation, and a referral bonus up to $750.
