About the Role
The engineer will coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams, review and process change orders for completeness and accuracy, maintain logs and tracking documents, and generate reports and meeting minutes. Additional duties include monitoring revisions, facilitating issue resolution, and performing other administrative tasks as directed. • Provide technical and administrative support to the PMO Construction Department. • Review, process, and track Change Orders and Field Orders for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate with College Project Teams and facilitate coordination meetings. • Maintain change order logs, electronic files, and generate management reports. • Produce meeting minutes and assist in issue resolution to ensure workflow timeliness. • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for CO processing.

What You Bring
The Tsui Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Project Engineer III to support a large educational client in Los Angeles County. The role provides technical and administrative assistance to the Program Management Office (PMO) Construction Department, handling change orders, field orders, and related contract documents across districtwide design and construction projects. Candidates must have at least five years of professional construction experience and a BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture, with additional experience possible in lieu of the degree. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, BlueBeam, Adobe, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with change orders, educational projects, large client programs, multiple simultaneous projects, and familiarity with PMIS tools such as Prolog, Trimble Unity Construct, or Proliance. • Minimum 5 years construction experience; BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture (or equivalent experience). • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, BlueBeam, and Adobe software. • Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. • Preferred: experience with educational projects, large client programs, multiple simultaneous projects, and PMIS tools (Prolog, Trimble Unity Construct, Proliance, Adobe Sign).
