About the Role
The Senior Product Manager – Broker/Owner Experience will transform the listing experience for brokers and owners, streamlining workflows, improving media and data integrations, and driving listing performance. Based in Arlington, VA, the role works on‑site Monday through Friday and leads initiatives that enable listers to create high‑quality, high‑converting listings with ease. • Develop tools that simplify workflows for brokers and owners. • Enhance media upload, data entry, and performance tracking capabilities. • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver seamless, scalable solutions. • Drive adoption of new features through enablement and training. • Ensure listing integrity through validation and governance strategies.

What You Bring
• Own the end-to-end listing creation and management experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college. • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry‑leading products and solutions. • Experience in commercial real estate and/or working with brokers, owners, or listing platforms. • Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, focusing on delivering valuable user experiences. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support—to drive product development and adoption. • Familiarity with real estate data standards and integrations. • Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile‑scrum development environment. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data‑driven product development. • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
