About the Role

• Lead customer‑driven technical innovation in life sciences through close collaboration and project experience. • Prescribe solutions that align with Schneider’s value proposition and anticipate customer needs and challenges. • Own end‑to‑end customer solutions, guiding feature development, documentation, and test qualification. • Develop, adapt, and communicate reference designs and engineering standards. • Author technical strategy documents and define offer specifications. • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, building codes, and certifications. • Provide initial design support to local teams and EcoXpert partners. • Assist the Life Sciences Segment Offer Manager in technical negotiations with business units. • Supply market intelligence to Strategic Account Sales Executives and Key Account Managers. • Coordinate training for segment solutions during the launch phase. • Establish thought‑leadership in the market and build credibility with customers. • Collaborate with global segment teams to enhance Schneider’s solution portfolio. • Foster collaboration within the Solution Architects community to leverage shared experiences.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience. • Minimum five years of experience delivering turnkey life‑science projects. • Strong technical sales support background with knowledge of building management or power distribution systems. • Experience integrating third‑party systems using open and proprietary protocols. • Excellent public speaking and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to write technical documents and specifications. • Customer‑centric mindset with practical project and sales experience.

Benefits

The U.S.-based full-time position offers a total compensation range of $150,000‑$166,000, comprising base salary and short‑term incentive.
