Job Highlights
About the Role
The Estimator will solicit and analyze cost estimates from suppliers and vendors, ensuring material and labor prices align with market rates. They will perform full take‑offs and price project scopes both manually and electronically, while facilitating the subcontractor bid process and tracking all bidding documentation. Additionally, they will gather and analyze productivity data, maintain a historical production database, adjust bid rates based on actual results, and collaborate with field supervision to set operation priorities, safety, and quality. • Estimate, value engineer, and develop project proposals for indirect and direct materials • Perform full take‑offs and price project scopes manually and electronically • Solicit and analyze cost estimates from suppliers and vendors to ensure market‑aligned pricing • Facilitate and track the subcontractor bid process and related documentation • Gather and analyze productivity data; maintain a historical production database • Adjust bid rates based on actual production results • Collaborate with field supervision to set priorities, safety, and quality standards

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or a related field and brings at least three years of commercial construction experience. Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships and work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with software such as Blue Beam, Excel, ERP systems, and Building Insights or Construction Connect is preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field • Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction experience • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficient with Blue Beam, Excel, ERP systems; experience with Building Insights or Construction Connect preferred • Equal opportunity employer; does not sponsor work visas

Benefits
