About the Role

The company seeks an entry‑level Project Management professional to collaborate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and operations staff, ensuring building‑automation system projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of project management experience • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 lbs • Degree, associate, or technical certification in HVAC, Controls, or related field • Experience with building automation systems (e.g., WebCTRL) and HVAC controls • Working knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networks • Strong communication skills for translating technical information to non‑technical audiences
