About the Role

The Senior Quality Coordinator role seeks a proactive learner and natural leader who continuously takes initiative to improve processes and inspire teammates. Aligned with the highest standards of integrity and quality, you will help deliver better care to billions worldwide. • Provide user access, review usage data, and prepare EtQ usage reports for management. • Execute internal audits, ensure timely audit report completion, and present findings for Management Review. • Manage Q‑Hold status, oversee product hold disposition processes, and communicate updates. • Perform document control in EtQ, review documents, and coordinate routine document reviews. • Track CAPA and QNC status, prepare related reports for Management Review. • Coordinate facility pest‑control activities, schedule supplier, analyze findings, and report results. • Review Lot Files on consumer complaints, identify potential causes, and distinguish relevant data. • Assist with risk assessments as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED and 5+ years manufacturing experience with G​MP knowledge. • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to influence others, adapt communication style, and apply problem‑solving/root‑cause techniques. • 3+ years quality manufacturing experience and 2+ years lab experience in FDA‑regulated facility or a relevant science degree. • Expertise in document control, CAPA/problem‑solving, QNC, non‑conformance, internal audits, or pest‑control management. • Experience with GE Plant Applications, SAP, ETQ, and ability to train and transfer knowledge.
