About the Role
Key responsibilities include installing the electrical infrastructure for heat pumps, calculating loads, upgrading main panels, and reading blueprints and schematics. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, test systems for efficiency, and ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety standards while collaborating with teammates to complete projects efficiently. • Remove gas furnaces and install residential electric heat pump systems. • Calculate electrical loads and upgrade main panels as needed. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems. • Test systems for functionality and efficiency while ensuring code compliance.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Master Electrician license and be able to pull permits. Experience with modern technologies such as SMART panels, splitters, and sub‑panels, as well as a solid grasp of current electrical building codes, is essential. Proficiency with power and hand tools, strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, physical stamina for manual labor, and a valid driver’s license are also required. • Hold a Master Electrician license and be authorized to pull permits. • Experienced with SMART panels, splitters, sub‑panels, and modern building codes. • Skilled with power and hand tools; strong problem‑solving and detail orientation. • Physical stamina for manual labor and a valid driver’s license.
