Specialist Kinaxis - Supply Chain Planning

About the Role

Design, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. Analyze business and system processes and recommend improvements using standard Eaton software and processes. Participate in implementations and third‑level support as required, ensuring solutions are auditable and compliant with business and control standards. Provide in‑depth techno‑functional and business process knowledge of supply chain planning and execution, preferably with Kinaxis/RapidResponse. Support the Product Owner in decomposing epics into features and user stories and assist in estimating epics, features, technical enablers, and user stories. Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready criteria and deliver Level 3 product support when needed. Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture needs, manage requirement scope, and conduct gap analysis, integration testing, and user‑acceptance testing. Deliver functional specifications and configurations aligned with approved designs, and work with governance teams to ensure solutions adhere to global standards. Participate in business process improvement committees and apply governance processes throughout the change‑control and system development life cycle. • Ensures quality delivery for responsible stories and validates user stories.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and over ten years of experience, with at least seven years in supply chain planning. Candidates should have three to five years of expertise in ERP supply‑chain modules such as MFGPro, SAP ECC, SAP S/4, or Oracle R12.x. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with senior global leaders and drive innovation. • Expert-level knowledge of Kinaxis/RapidResponse/Maestro (preferable or Kinaxis Author level II certified or Kinaxis Analytics Level II certified) or strong knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and Execution, fully demonstrated across many full-life cycle projects. • Advanced knowledge of functional and technical capabilities, including understanding of the core programming and databases. • Understanding of lean agile principles and practices • Analytics and data-based decisions / analysis • Architecture maturity of delivered solutions • Customer and stakeholder engagement and communications skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all level of IT and business teams.
