About the Role

You will implement test automation using HiL, PiL, and MiL across electrical and industrial segments, focusing on system validation automation, new product development, test coverage, compliance, and industry standards. You will write test specifications and scripts, execute tests on HIL, analyze results, modify test cases, provide logs, discuss issues with the team, and support integration. Additionally, you will design test procedures, automation scripts, and software tools, document results, and manage the defect lifecycle. You will collaborate with local and global suppliers for hardware/software procurement and test‑lab setups, participate in system and software reviews and FMEA, and work within international teams. Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, and a high degree of aptitude are required. • Implement HiL, PiL, and MiL test automation for electrical and industrial applications. • Write and maintain test specifications, scripts, and procedures; execute and analyze HIL tests. • Design automation scripts and software tools; document results and manage defects. • Set up HIL test systems using ETAS/National Instruments toolchains (VeriStand, LabVIEW). • Conduct manual and automated testing of embedded control products with CANape, CANalyzer, and CANoe. • Develop scripts in Python, VBA, or M‑scripting; work with CAN, J1939, CCP, XCP, and Modbus protocols. • Apply CMMI process frameworks, including requirements management, defect tracking, and configuration management. • Collaborate with international teams and suppliers for hardware/software procurement and test‑lab configuration. • Participate in system/software reviews, FMEA, and requirement, architecture, design, and test script reviews.

What You Bring

The role requires 3‑6 years of test automation experience, a bachelor's degree in electronics, automotive, or electrical engineering, and hands‑on experience with model‑based development in the automotive domain. Experience includes setting up HIL test systems using ETAS or National Instruments toolchains, manual and automated testing of embedded control products, and proficiency with tools such as VeriStand, LabVIEW, CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, ClearCase, and ClearQuest. Strong scripting skills in Python, VBA, or M‑scripting, knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, J1939, CCP, XCP, Modbus), and familiarity with CMMI processes, requirements management, and configuration management are essential. • Hold 3‑6 years of test automation experience and a bachelor's degree in electronics, automotive, or electrical engineering.
