About the Role
The role focuses on developing and monitoring project plans that align with both customer and company requirements, while offering technical support and guidance to execution teams on asset, material, and spare management. It also involves tracking ongoing project performance, reporting status to clients, and ensuring the timely hiring and deployment of competent resources. Additionally, the position requires managing personnel through shift allocations and conducting yearly performance reviews. • Develop and monitor project plans per customer and company specifications. • Provide technical guidance on asset, material, and spare management. • Track project progress and report status to clients. • Recruit and allocate qualified resources promptly. • Manage shift allocations and conduct annual performance reviews. • Review P&ID, SLD, and flow diagrams. • Create bills of material using vendor records and drawings.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates must bring over ten years of experience managing oil and gas projects, with a deep understanding of equipment part lists and recommended spare parts for commissioning and lifecycle operations. They should be capable of reviewing P&ID, SLD, and flow diagrams, and proficient in generating bills of material using vendor records, drawings, and data sheets. Strong knowledge of cataloguing, procurement cycles, inventory optimization, and CMMS is essential, complemented by desired expertise in material maintenance, SAP PM/MM modules, and advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft applications. • 10+ years of oil & gas project management experience. • Deep knowledge of EPL/RSPL for commissioning and lifecycle spares. • Expertise in cataloguing, procurement cycles, inventory optimization, and CMMS. • Experience in material maintenance within the oil & gas domain. • Proficient with SAP PM/MM modules. • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
