Job Highlights
About the Role
The role involves handling service requests, generating work orders, dispatching providers, following up on completion, and preparing regular reports. You will also assist with administrative tasks, contribute to monthly management reporting, and participate in emergency and business‑continuity procedures. • Log calls and record complete details of service requests and complaints. • Assign unique identity numbers to each request and generate work orders with reference numbers. • Dispatch appropriate service providers based on request nature and track completion. • Follow up with assignees, close requests, and record response times. • Communicate status and closure timing to requestors. • Prepare daily/weekly call status reports and monthly recurring‑call analysis. • Assist building engineers with job‑card analysis and ensure regulatory compliance. • Provide general administrative support and contribute to the monthly client management report. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management and business‑continuity procedures. • Manage health and safety issues and take part in safety reviews. • Support resourcing of Brightstone operations and perform other duties as assigned. • Coordinate invoice payments with Administration and collaborate with Engineering on work order execution and contractor management.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have two to four years of experience in facility or property management. An understanding of major vertical industries, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data are essential. Excellent time‑management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment are required. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 2‑4 years experience in facility or property management. • Familiarity with major vertical industry practices (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data into strategic deliverables. • Excellent time‑management and organisational skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
