What You Bring
The Labor Department coordinator role is entry‑level and essential for maintaining and enhancing the department’s Contract and Pension Fund databases. Candidates will gain hands‑on experience in contract administration, wage analysis, and union relations while receiving mentorship and exposure to labor negotiations. We seek a detail‑oriented, proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to shaping labor practices within a respected organization. Motivated candidates who value professional growth and want to make an impact are an ideal fit. • Bachelor’s degree in business, labor relations, human resources, or legal field preferred. • Minimum 1 year of business office experience preferred. • Construction administration or union environment experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, multitasking and prioritization abilities. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
