About the Role

The operator will embrace Rogers Group’s safety culture, operate a front‑end loader to move shot rock, crushed stone or overburden, maintain a steady feed to the plant while minimizing downtime, conduct pre‑shift equipment inspections, and assist with haul‑road and stockpile maintenance. • Operate a front‑end loader to load shot rock, crushed stone, or overburden safely and efficiently. • Maintain a consistent feed to the plant/crusher while minimizing downtime and spillage. • Perform daily pre‑shift equipment inspections and report mechanical issues. • Assist with haul road, loading area, and stockpile maintenance to ensure safe traffic flow. • Communicate with plant operators, haul‑truck drivers, and pit personnel via radios and hand signals. • Perform plant maintenance and cleanup tasks as needed. • Provide additional support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess basic mechanical knowledge, demonstrate a strong safety focus, and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lb.
