About the Role
The Groundskeeper joins the Maintenance team at Elliot Norcross’s multifamily communities, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborating with office staff to ensure residents enjoy a well‑maintained environment. Daily responsibilities include cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas and exterior hallways. The role also involves maintaining flowerbeds, plants, and grass, as well as performing snow removal and routine pool cleaning and maintenance. The position requires delivering world‑class customer service by promptly addressing resident concerns in a friendly, professional manner, while adhering to safety protocols, wearing the Cushman & Wakefield uniform, and supporting other maintenance projects as needed. • Perform daily cleaning of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways. • Maintain landscape elements including flowerbeds, plants, and grass. • Conduct snow removal and routine pool cleaning/maintenance. • Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and address maintenance requests. • Assist the maintenance team on additional projects as assigned. • Follow all safety procedures and safeguard company tools and equipment. • Wear the Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintain a professional appearance. • Work evenings or weekends on call for emergencies.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be able to work evenings or weekends on call, follow directions in English or Spanish, and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb and traveling between properties. Compensation ranges from $16.15 to $19.00 per hour, with a benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans and paid time off. • Communicate effectively in English; ability to follow directions in Spanish is a plus. • Meet physical requirements: lift/move up to 50 lb and travel between properties up to 10 % of time.
