Job Highlights
About the Role
You will champion and enforce safe work practices, prepare materials and equipment for shipment, and process orders for customers and internal teams. Duties include picking, packing, and staging orders using scanning tools, loading shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers, and receiving and inspecting incoming materials. You will also replenish and rotate warehouse stock while standardizing shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency. Regular full‑time onsite attendance and additional assigned duties are required. • Enforce safe work practices per company policies and regulations. • Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment. • Process and fulfill orders for customers and internal teams. • Pick, pack, and stage orders using scanning tools to verify accuracy. • Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers. • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, reporting any damages. • Replenish and rotate warehouse stock. • Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for efficiency. • Maintain regular full‑time onsite attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
As a Shipper you will ensure efficient material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management. The role suits individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, value accuracy, and enjoy working with warehouse equipment. The position is first‑shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, at $18.50 per hour plus production incentive. We seek candidates with at least two years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or comparable education and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with basic math skills and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail are essential, as is the physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods in a loud industrial setting. • Minimum two years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or equivalent. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Basic math skills for accurate order processing. • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail. • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
