About the Role

The Maintenance Technician position starts on April 1st, 2026. The technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to ensure the condominium’s buildings, systems, and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained. This role supports preventive maintenance programs and responds promptly to service requests. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas. • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems. • Inspect buildings, garages, roofs, and grounds for maintenance and safety issues. • Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance calls promptly. • Assist with unit access for repairs affecting common systems as permitted. • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in safe working condition. • Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed. • Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and HOA policies. • Keep accurate maintenance logs and work order records. • Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, pressure washing, or landscaping support.

Benefits

This is a full‑time position with a pay rate of up to $25 per hour, based on experience. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Fort Pierce area.
