About the Role

The Senior Substation P&C Engineer will lead the development of protection and control solutions for substations, ensuring reliable SCADA integration and robust network designs. The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, conducting field testing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while supporting occasional domestic and international travel to project sites. • Develop relay settings and protection philosophy for substations. • Review panel, wiring, and testing designs. • Evaluate protection, control, network, and communication design drawings. • Troubleshoot and field‑test SCADA panels on‑site. • Design SCADA communication schematics and configure industrial protocols.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or automation engineering and have proven experience in SCADA system design, industrial communication protocols, and relay configuration. Proficiency with networking hardware, ASPEN, and standard office tools is required, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate across all organizational levels is essential. • Travel up to 30% of time, including potential international site visits. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related engineering field. • Experience designing SCADA systems and configuring protocols such as Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC 61850, etc. • Proficiency with networking devices, ASPEN, and relay setting tools. • Familiarity with Beckwith, Calisto MPT monitors and RTAC/Orion RTU programming (preferred). • Strong ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively. • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; internship experience beneficial.
