About the Role
The Facilities Executive Account Management role will partner with the facilities manager and assistant to supervise day‑to‑day property operations, covering administration, security, and service delivery while pursuing process improvements. Responsibilities also include maintaining supply inventories, managing approved contracts, supporting emergency evacuation and business continuity plans, and overseeing health‑and‑safety matters and budget compliance. • Oversee daily property operations, administration, security, and facility services. • Maintain inventory levels and manage service contracts approved by clients. • Lead emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct regular reviews. • Control budget, petty cash, and ensure vendor invoice processes meet standards. • Resolve complex issues and drive continuous operational improvements. • Achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements. • Conduct routine service audits and prepare performance reports. • Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients. • Work on‑site in Bengaluru, 48 hours per week.

What You Bring
The position demands strong property‑operations knowledge, a degree in business or hotel/building management, three to five years of facilities‑management experience, and solid expertise in occupational safety and client‑focused service. Candidates should demonstrate proven team leadership, the ability to roll out improvement initiatives, and superior communication and reporting skills. • Hold a degree in business or hotel/building management. • Possess 3–5 years of facilities management experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of occupational safety and client‑centric operations. • Exhibit proven team leadership and ability to implement improvement plans. • Exhibit superior communication and reporting abilities.
