About the Role
The Project Manager directs in‑house crews and subcontractors, works directly with customers, and handles bidding and billing. They manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on‑budget and on‑schedule delivery, report daily to customers and management, and build processes and teams required to meet project requirements. Additional duties include coordinating timing and execution with the Project Construction Lead, leading weekly client meetings, dispatching crews, approving timesheets, ensuring equipment availability, and performing other assigned tasks. • Direct internal crews and subcontractors while liaising with customers • Lead project teams to achieve on‑budget and on‑schedule delivery • Provide daily status reports to clients and internal management • Coordinate project timing, execution, and closeout with the Construction Lead • Conduct weekly meetings with the client and project team • Dispatch crews, approve timesheets, and verify equipment readiness • Manage bidding, billing, and project documentation • Enforce site safety standards and OSHA compliance • Read and interpret blueprints accurately • Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety and consistently delivers high‑quality work. They have at least three years of construction project experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and schedule management. Required abilities include reading blueprints, clear communication, hand‑eye coordination, color identification, and knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication are also essential. • Minimum three years of construction project management experience • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced Microsoft Office skills • Strong problem‑solving and hands‑on work approach • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment • Excellent written and verbal communication • Precise hand‑eye coordination and color discrimination • Vision clarity for distance and spatial judgment • OSHA safety training knowledge
