About the Role
The Customer Service Representative I is an entry‑level position that provides front‑line support to AAON customers. The role focuses on responding to basic inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving. It serves as a foundational step for individuals beginning a career in HVAC customer service. In addition to the Customer Service Representative role, BASX is hiring Entry‑Level Assemblers to support production operations, providing a fast‑paced assembly line experience across multiple trade skills. • Respond to routine customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Process orders, returns, and basic service requests. • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. • Escalate complex issues to higher‑level representatives or supervisors. • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs. • Provide product and service information based on standard guidelines. • Follow established procedures and scripts for common issues.

What You Bring
Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or GED. The position demands sustained attention to detail, multitasking, and clear communication, and requires the ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and phone system.
