About the Role

As a Sales Executive at LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate property portfolios online. Success relies on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising on product reach and ROI using proprietary analytics, and prospecting through industry trend research and product demonstrations. New hires receive extensive classroom and field training and work closely with internal experts to develop marketable digital marketing and sales skills. • Build client relationships via consultative sales to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted marketing advisor. • Prospect new clients using CoStar’s property data to generate sales and close business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to increase sales revenue. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory. • Deliver exceptional customer support through regular communication, market insights, and tailored solutions. • Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel as needed to nurture relationships.

What You Bring

• Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years commercial real estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to build long‑term relationships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Data analysis skills to create reports and strategic recommendations. • Self‑starter capable of independent and team work.
