Heavy Duty Cleaner, Full Time - 1st shift
Perform building cleaning duties: floors, windows, restrooms, trash removal, and minor upkeep.

About the Role
Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, and washing interior floors, as well as operating light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. The role also involves vacuuming rugs, spot‑cleaning and shampooing them when instructed, dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures, and performing periodic high‑dusting. Additional duties cover cleaning interior glass, windowsills, doors, and entrance glass, as well as maintaining clean and stocked bathrooms, handling trash removal, and replacing waste liners. Seasonal work such as snow removal from entrances and walkways, plus periodic polishing of leather, wood surfaces, and wall washing, is also required. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual methods and commercial floor machines. • Vacuum rugs, spot clean, and shampoo when directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures, and perform high‑dusting as needed. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, and entrance glass surfaces. • Maintain and restock bathroom supplies, clean fixtures, and report defects. • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow from building entrances and walkways as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and high‑dusting. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a team. • Operate portable vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment safely.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively within a team.
