About the Role

Pipefitters will be responsible for assembling, installing, and planning all piping systems on active construction sites, ensuring compliance with relevant codes. What You Bring

RQC is seeking skilled pipefitters to join its Mechanical team for ongoing work at King’s Bay Naval Base in Georgia and the surrounding area. All work will be performed on the military base and compensated at the Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage specific to the installation. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and successfully pass a drug screening, commercial criminal background check, and a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to the military base. • Minimum education: high school diploma or GED. • Require at least 4 years of journeyman‑level pipefitter experience; preference for government, military, or large commercial construction. • Experience with mechanical pipe installation, deep underground work, and boiler/chiller start‑up and energizing. • Preferred certifications: valid pipefitter license or journeyman card, current welding certificate, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA‑10.
