About the Role

The RMC Batch Plant Operator will run the batching equipment to produce high‑quality concrete while ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting production systems, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with drivers and plant staff for on‑time deliveries, and completing routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance. • Operate batching equipment safely to produce quality concrete. • Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment for optimal output. • Coordinate with drivers and plant crew to ensure timely deliveries. • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance. • Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality protocols. • Handle industrial/automated equipment with strong attention to detail. • Execute basic computer entry and record‑keeping tasks. • Utilize HSA, HRA, and FSA accounts for flexible spending.
