About the Role

In a fast‑paced environment, the manager ensures smooth operations by overseeing maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, marketing, and service contracts. Providing superior customer service to residents and prospects is essential to enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, and drive revenue, while also completing lease and renewal paperwork to company standards and tracking advertising performance. Leadership duties include developing, mentoring, and managing a cohesive on‑site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management, as well as modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires maintaining resident files, promptly resolving conflicts, managing the community budget and finances, and collaborating with leasing staff to meet marketing and leasing goals. • Oversee all property operations including maintenance, capital projects, lease administration, budgeting, collections, evictions, marketing, and service contracts. • Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase satisfaction, renewals, and profitability. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork in accordance with company standards. • Track advertising performance and manage prospect traffic. • Develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing on‑site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management. • Analyze competition and create innovative marketing programs to drive revenue. • Ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures. • Hire, train, and coach staff while maintaining low turnover. • Maintain resident files and resolve conflicts promptly. • Manage community budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. • Collaborate with leasing staff to achieve leasing and marketing goals. • Set leasing targets, monitor performance, and coach staff to improve results.

What You Bring

Key competencies are effective oral and written communication, computer literacy with Microsoft Office, general office and bookkeeping skills, and the ability to set and achieve leasing targets while coaching staff. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a real‑estate license, with a minimum of three years of property‑management experience and three years of management experience. The position operates in a professional office setting using standard equipment, may require travel up to 15 % of the time, and involves occasional physical tasks such as walking, stair climbing, and lifting up to 25 lb. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate License. • Minimum 3+ years of property management and 3+ years of management experience.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $57,800 to $68,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
