About the Role
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned facilities (campus, warehouse, office building or airport), ensuring service excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, delivering high-quality services in alignment with contract requirements while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Oversee daily operations across campuses, warehouses, offices, or airports. • Drive service excellence, staff development, and operational efficiency. • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary ABM liaison. • Ensure services meet contract requirements while fostering safety and continuous improvement. • Provide a comprehensive benefits package accessible via the ABM Employee Benefits portal.

Benefits
Pay: $65,000-$80,000.
