About the Role
In this role you will partner with public and private sector clients on complex organisational challenges, shaping and delivering strategy‑led change and transformation initiatives. You will own stakeholder relationships, work credibly with senior leaders, and stay connected to on‑the‑ground delivery. Responsibilities also include leading day‑to‑day advisory work, conducting strategic analysis, and collaborating with delivery teams across the UK, UAE, and USA. • Shape and deliver strategy‑led change and transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. • Lead day‑to‑day advisory work, managing project delivery, priorities, and senior stakeholder relationships. • Conduct strategic analysis, challenge assumptions, and propose persuasive alternatives to support decision‑making. • Build and maintain trusted relationships across complex, multi‑partner stakeholder environments. • Facilitate workshops and produce high‑quality outputs for executive leadership and client teams. • Collaborate with AECOM colleagues in programme management, economics, strategic procurement, engineering, and architecture across the UK, UAE, and USA. • Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing future change‑management capability.

What You Bring
We are seeking candidates with experience serving public sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments, who have built trusted relationships in multi‑partner stakeholder settings. Ideal candidates have designed and tracked behavioural change programmes, understand business strategy, governance, capability mapping, and operating model design, and possess strong facilitation and communication skills for senior audiences. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative, and creative environments is essential. • Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients and exposure to private sector projects. • Proven track record designing, delivering, and measuring behavioural change and transformation programmes. • Strong understanding of business strategy, governance, capability mapping, capital programme delivery, and operating model design. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and written briefing skills for senior audiences. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative, and creative environments.
