About the Role
As a Houseperson you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions; transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings; ensure all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in working order; report maintenance deficiencies to maintain rooms in compliance with resort standards; replenish linen and guest amenities; assist co‑workers as requested; and work in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment, staying flexible with spontaneous guest demands and business needs.

What You Bring
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: ability to communicate effectively with guests in English, flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends, physical ability to work from a ladder, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals, and ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise. Hospitality industry experience would be advantageous.
